- Conseal F combines the proven SDI sealant technology with an intensive initial fluoride boost in conjunction with long term fluoride treatment
- The unique Conseal f filler component, with its blend of particles and high surface-to-area volume ratios, enables high fluoride release. Fluoride enhances caries prevention, remineralization, and the inhibition of enamel demineralization.
Lowest viscosity
- Conseal F comes to you as the lowest viscosity fissure sealant on the market. The low viscosity allows our sealant to flow faster and deeper into the prepared pits and fissures.
- Conseal F’s fissure sealant has a tighter seal which optimizes the mechanical retention and eliminates any space for bacterial growth. Conseal f’s tight seal is further enhanced by its unique UDMA resin system’s lower shrinkage and by being BIS-GMA free.

SDI Wave - A flowable for all your clinical situations
Wave/ MV are ideal versatile, fluoride releasing, radiopaque, light cured flowable composites designed for anterior and posterior restorations. Wave is an extremely low viscosity flowable, Wave MV is a medium viscosity.
Nanofilled
Wave, Wave MV contain specially treated nano-fillers to maximize polishability, wear resistance and strength. Ease of extrusion is improved with the addition of these specially treated nano-fillers.
Radiopacity
Wave, Wave MV are all visible on x-rays. This allows easy identification of secondary caries at the interface.
Fluoride release
Fluoride’s cariostatic effect enhances remineralization and inhibits enamel demineralization. In an aqueous environment, the fluoride ions in Wave, Wave MV diffuse from the resin into the surrounding tooth. This ionic movement is caused by oral fluid passing in and out of the resin and tooth, acting as a carrier for the fluoride ions.

Luting agents for post cementation
Currently there are 3 types of cement available for post cementation Resin cements, GIC & zinc phosphate.
Self cure resin cement is the material of choice for post cementation as it has highest compressive strength along with negligible solubility. GIC bonds chemically with the dentin and is not technique sensitive. The most traditional of all cements is zinc phosphate, which has adequate physical properties, economic and easy to use as of which it remains as choice of material for post cementation for around decades.

This test combines the forces found in compression and tension. DiaFil shows a high level of flexural strength between 130 to 150 Mpa
Compressive Strength
Compressive strength is especially important because it is related to masticating forces. Simultaneous forces are applied to the opposite ends of the sample length vertically until the sample fractures or is deformed. The material failure is a result of shear and tensile forces. Dia Fil has Compressive Strength ranging from 250 and 300 Mpa
Flexural Modulus
Flexural modulus is a convenient measure of composite stiffness. DiaFil is formulated with a broad range of particle sizes which results in its higher flexural modulus (≈13-14 Gpa)
