Cancelations
In case you change your mind about a product and would like to cancel your order, below are the steps that we will follow:
1. Cancellation before dispatch of goods:
- a. All you have to do is: Go to help>orders> select order > cancel order
- b. To make things Easier, there is an option to partially cancel orders as well. Herein, all you have to do is select the products that you would like to exclude from the order and save the order.
- c. Any payment made will be refunded to you in 2 to 4 business days.
2. Cancellation post-dispatch of goods:
- a. You can drop a mail to us at support@dentalavenueindia.com or reach out to us through our WhatsApp chat option
- Share your order id with us.
- b. We will inform the shipping company to return the products to our warehouse.
- c. Any payment made will be remitted 1-2 days post the receipt of goods at our warehouse.
3. The refund will be remitted to the same account as that from which the payment had been made withing 1-2 working days (it may take 3-5 working days for the bank to process it)
Returns
At Dental Avenue, we strive to provide you with all the information required to complete the purchase, however, for any reason if the product/products need to be returned, the following policy will be followed:
1. A return request can be raised within 7 days of the delivery of the products to you – this can be done in three ways:
- a. Go to Help > Returns > enter your order id > select material which needs to be returned.
- b. Reach out to us on using our WhatsApp chat option - our customer support executive will help you with the steps.
- c. Write to us at support@dentalavenueindia.com with details of the order no and product that needs to be returned.
2. Pick up process:
- a. The pickup will be arranged by Dental Avenue. The courier charges will be applied as applicable
- b. If you wish to courier the products on your own, please note the following points to ensure a smooth process for quick resolution:
- (b.1) Please mention the order no on the box
- (b.2) The condition of the material will be the responsibility of the shipper (in this case, the purchaser, i.e. you) – refund will be processed only if the material received is in a sellable condition
- c. In order for us to process the refund, the following points must be fulfilled:
- d. The product received should be in a sellable condition with the packing intact and the seal untampered.
- e. All the accessories included must be present in the box.
- f. The Lot No and Expiry date of the product must be the same as that of the product dispatched to you as per our records.
- g. The refund will be processed by us, post the receipt of the product at our warehouse and after successful examination of the product.
- h. The refund will be remitted to the same account as that from which the payment had been made withing 1-2 working days (it may take 3-5 working days for the bank to process it).
