Luna nano hybrid composite - Anterior/Posterior Nanohybrid composite with superior strength & aesthetics.
Nanohybrid Technology
- Luna contains a hybrid of nano and micron sized particles to achieve optimal aesthetics and strength.
- Nano particles assist in polishability and the maintenance of surface smoothness over time while micron sized particles contribute to strength and durability of the Dental Restoration
- Luna Composites ensure that the restorations are long lasting and maintainable over time with minimal effort
- Luna’s hybrid filler makes it ideal for anterior and posterior restorations
CHAMELEON EFFECT
- A well done restorations doesn’t show. Luna has a chameleon effect, enabling it to take the shade of the tooth and hide all margins between the tooth and the restoration.
- Our Product comes with the added advantage of optimal translucency that allows the creation of natural looking restorations
NATURAL FLUORESCENCE AND OPALESCENCE
- Luna displays the fluorescent characteristics of natural tooth structure even when exposed to ultraviolet light
- Opalescent properties inbuilt in our products have striking resemblance to that of a natural tooth.
In all types of light, restorations using Luna Nanohybrid Composite display intrinsic brilliance that ensures patient satisfaction after they leave the dental chair
HIGH FLEXURAL STRENGTH
- With flexural strength of 136 MPa, Luna is the go to option for restorations in stress bearing areas and is designed to withstand the forces of mastication.
- High flexural strength is paramount to mitigate tension and compressive forces teeth are exposed to in stress bearing situations and that is where we are unmatched.
- In comparison to the Alternatives, our Dental composite is the top choice for Class I and Class II restorations, which are subject to high forces.
SUPERIOR COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH

- It is guaranteed that the composites will not slump or pull back, and will enable efficient creation of optimal dental morphology.
- Luna comes in a creamy consistency, with firm packing, making it easy to layer the composite without voids.
Anterior Matrix – Bioclear Original Anterior Matrices are anatomically shaped and allow for a modern approach to composite dentistry.
Bioclear Anterior matrices allow for a modern approach to composite dentistry. They have less curvature than the Diastema Closure matrices and are used for everyday restorative dentistry as well as in aesthetic treatments where small spaces need to be filled.
The Bioclear Matrix’s anatomic shape allows for predictable restoration or change of a tooth’s emergence profile. When closing small spaces with a full contact, the matrix is easily used wedge free. When placed into the sulcus, the matrix is stabilized and marginally sealed by the papilla.
Bioclear’s anatomically shaped matrices allow for injection/placement of composite into the embrasure without fear of leaving an overhanging margin. The Bioclear Matrix leaves the interproximal composite smooth and properly contoured
Getting started
Bioclear Matrix is the only completely clear anatomic sectional matrix on the market. It, along with the other Bioclear products, will produce the smoothest embrasures and strongest contacts compared to other matrix systems. The high quality restorations created with the Bioclear Matrix are raising the bar for anterior composites.
Please thoroughly read the instructions and product care guide before use.
Matrix selection
The Bioclear Matrices are anatomic and tooth specific. Use this guide to help select the appropriate matrix. Make sure to confirm that the selected matrix has the correct amount of gingival curvature. If the selected matrix has too much gingival curvature, the restoration will not have an ideal final shape.
Releases fluoride
- Conseal F combines the proven SDI sealant technology with an intensive initial fluoride boost in conjunction with long term fluoride treatment
- The unique Conseal f filler component, with its blend of particles and high surface-to-area volume ratios, enables high fluoride release. Fluoride enhances caries prevention, remineralization, and the inhibition of enamel demineralization.
Lowest viscosity
- Conseal F comes to you as the lowest viscosity fissure sealant on the market. The low viscosity allows our sealant to flow faster and deeper into the prepared pits and fissures.
- Conseal F’s fissure sealant has a tighter seal which optimizes the mechanical retention and eliminates any space for bacterial growth. Conseal f’s tight seal is further enhanced by its unique UDMA resin system’s lower shrinkage and by being BIS-GMA free.
Deepest penetration
-
Conseal F fissure sealant come equipped with pre-bent, superfine dispensing tips which help in speeding up the procedures via facilitated control and direct excursion. This also helps reach difficult areas for direct dispensing.
Our Conseal F nozzle one third the size of other Dental brands, enhances complete sealing and retention by allowing penetration into the deepest pits and fissures; crevasses that will not admit the dispensing tips of other materials.
Hygienic placement
- Conseal f completely eliminates the risk of cross contamination by offering a direct and hygienic way of dispensing the sealant.
Bio compatible
- Conseal f’s low water solubility minimizes breakdown of the sealant in the oral environment. It is essential for any sealant to be averse to water solubility, and minimize breakdowns in the oral environment.
Tip Size
- Conseal f syringe come with 27 gauge tip.
- Conseal f’s syringe tip diameter opening is only 0.41mm, significantly smaller than the alternatives of 1.5mm or 1.3mm

Product Description
Utilizing the latest nanoparticle technology, DiaFil combines the aesthetic advantages of micro-filled composites with the strength and durability of hybrid composites. It creates beautiful and long-lasting restorations with a glossy shine that maintains its brilliance over time.
Flexural Strength
The flexural strength of a material is defined as its ability to resist deformation and breakage under load. Flexural strength is the value obtained when the material breaks. This test combines the forces found in compression and tension. DiaFil shows a high level of flexural strength between 130 to 150 Mpa
Compressive Strength
Compressive strength is especially important because it is related to masticating forces. Simultaneous forces are applied to the opposite ends of the sample length vertically until the sample fractures or is deformed. The material failure is a result of shear and tensile forces. Dia Fil has Compressive Strength ranging from 250 and 300 Mpa
Flexural Modulus
Flexural modulus is a convenient measure of composite stiffness. DiaFil is formulated with a broad range of particle sizes which results in its higher flexural modulus (≈13-14 Gpa)
Shrinkage
Polymerization shrinkage directly affects the long-term stability of a composite resin. When the composite’s density changes and the overall volume reduce, the internal stress at the margins of restoration can lead to marginal leakage and
secondary caries. DiaFil has unique fillers to reduce shrinkage (Polymerization Shrinkage 0.3% - 1%)

Flexural Strength: The flexural strength of a material is defined as its ability
to resist deformation and breakage under load. Flexural strength is the value obtained when the material breaks. This test combines the forces found in compression and tension. DiaFil Flow shows a high level of flexural strength
ranging between 100-110 Mpa.
Compressive Strength: Compressive strength is especially important because it
is related to masticating forces. Simultaneous forces are applied to the opposite ends of the sample length vertically until the sample fractures or is deformed. The material failure is a result of shear and tensile forces. DiaFil Flow has a very strong compressive strength ranging between 250-335 Mpa.
Flexural Modulus: Flexural modulus is a method to measure a material’s stiffness. A low modulus indicates the material is highly flexible.
Shrinkage: Polymerization shrinkage directly affects the long-term stability of a composite resin.
