Avue H-Files - Stainless Steel Hand Files

Endodontic hand files are instruments used during endodontic treatment to mechanically prepare root canals.

Avue Hand files are made of first rate quality stainless steel.

Avue H files are used to grasp canal obstructions and deliver them coronally through application of an upward force. The Angle between the cutting groove and the long axis of the Avue H file is generally in the range of 60-65 degrees.

These files are fracture resistant

This property helps in making them safe while working with canals having steep curvatures.

Flexible and durable files

H-files are specially designed for shaping canals after they are previously cleaned and enlarged with K-files in root canal treatment. The H file can effectively enlarge the canal during filling motion

The Angle between the cutting groove and the long axis of the K file is generally in the range of 25-40 degrees.

Product Description:

Our next-generation Aurum S Cross section rotary files unite advanced geometry with modern metallurgy. The S-shaped cross-section reduces core mass while dual blades deliver efficient cutting and debris removal. Made from heat-treated NiTi and enhanced with plasma electroplating, the files offer superior durability, reduced friction, and reliable performance for safe, predictable preparation in curved or narrow canals

ADVANTAGES

Better cutting efficiency

S‑shape gives Two Sharp Cutting Edges/Blades that can engage dentin more aggressively compared to other cross‑sections.

Aurum S Cross-Section File: Enhanced durability for curved canals.
Its two-blade S-shaped design reduces dentin contact, increases flexibility, and lowers internal stress, resulting in proven higher resistance to cyclic fatigue

Effective Debris Removal:

The S-shaped cross-section provides a larger flute volume which allows for more efficient coronal transport of debris during instrumentation.

Advanced Gold Heat Treatment

It reduces the risk of file separation while preserving high cutting efficiency

Electropolishing for Enhanced Surface Integrity

Electropolishing of Aurum rotary file systems smoothens surface irregularities, reduces manufacturing defects, and forms a uniform oxide layer- further supporting the durability of the Avue Aurum S cross-section file

Reduced Procedural Errors:

Non-cutting tip minimizes the risk of ledge formation, transportation, or perforation.

AVUE A+ PRE-MIXED
Premixed Calcium Hydroxide based Root Canal Sealer

Product description

For long-term endodontic success, a sealer must provide a tight seal, entomb microbes, adapt to canal anatomy, and support healing.
Avue A Plus calcium hydroxide sealer combines calcium hydroxide bioactivity ensuring a reliable seal, hard tissue promotion, and a biocompatible, easy-to-use solution.

Premixed for Easy Application

A Plus is a premixed paste with pre-bent tips, allowing precise, contamination-free placement in complex canals while eliminating hand mixing.

Biocompatible – Promotes Healing

It is composed of calcium hydroxide and salicylate resin, is biocompatible and promotes healing by reducing periapical inflammation and stimulating osteogenic activity, thereby supporting apical mineralization and tissue repair.

Low Film Thickness

It has a low film thickness, creating a thin, uniform layer around gutta-percha and dentin, which reduces voids and ensures a tight apical seal.

Optimal Flow

Flow of 21mm promotes efficient penetration into accessory canals and anatomical irregularities.

Reliable Performance for Long-Term Success

Sealer has very low solubility (<1%), preserving stability and preventing microleakage for long-term apical integrity, while salicylate resin enhances healing as well as flow and adaptability for a hermetic, bacteria-resistant seal.

High Antimicrobial Effect

A Plus sealer releases calcium and hydroxyl ions, producing a highly alkaline pH that disrupts bacterial cell walls, proteins, and DNA, providing sustained antibacterial action against key endodontic pathogens.

SS WHITE G2 Diamond burs-Worldwide, SS White^® diamonds

Are available in over 1000 sizes and grits, offering a wide selection of instruments to suit individual preferences.

We understand the difference between high and low quality diamond instruments and strictly adhere to 5 key manufacturing requirements that influence quality and durability of SS White^® diamond instruments.

Why use SS White^® diamond instruments?

• Deeply embedded diamond particles for increased durability and sharp cut.
• Perfectly concentric instruments that produce no noticeable vibration or chatter, which improves patient comfort and yields good clinical results.
• Competitively priced, durable and long lasting, SS White^® diamonds are a sound value and backed by a 100% SS White^® guarantee.

5 key manufacturing requirements that influence quality and durability of SS White^® diamond instruments.

Grade of raw materials: SS White^® diamond rotary instruments are made with quality industrial diamonds, either natural or synthetic.

Uniform diamond particle size: High quality diamonds are crushed, then carefully graded for size and quality to assure consistent particle size for a particular grit for efficient cutting, smooth preparations and less vibration.

Uniform diamond particle coating: Optimum spacing of diamond particles is essential for faster, smoother cutting and durability. Each set of diamond instruments manufactured by SS White^® is manually and mechanically monitored to insure consistent and optimal diamond coverage.

Optimum embedding of diamond particles: SS White^® diamond instruments are manufactured utilizing a proprietary galvanic bonding process. Quality diamond instruments require proper embedding of diamond particles within the metal substrate that secures the diamond to the blank to assure an excellent cutting rate after multiple uses. If particles are embedded too deeply in the matrix the result is areas that are void of diamond particles and clinicians will experience slower reduction of the material being cut, which will increase heat buildup and the risk of pulpal damage.

Precisely ground blanks: SS White^® diamonds exceed ISO requirements for concentricity allowing the instruments to run smoothly and vibration free. Exacting control of shank circumference assures concentricity and balance during high rotational speeds.

ExactTaperH DC™ : The Next Generation of Minimally Invasive NiTi Files

Designed with cutting edge technology that offers real world application. Minimally Invasive by design, with the strength and flexibility like no other, EXACTTaperH DC™ files are by manufactured in the USA to the strictest guidelines to insure excellent consistency and performance, time after time

Industry Leading Quality & Performance

Today's clinician's want a file that doesn’t separate and RCT results that are less prone to fracture and failure. Introducing the newest system in the SS White® line of Minimally Invasive endodontic files, EXACTTaperH DC™.
We have developed a file system that is 33% smaller than ProTaper Gold®*,
yet 50.5% stronger and 264% more flexible.
Is this even possible? It sure is, and better yet, you can use the same technique with EXACTTaperH DC™ files as you do with ProTaper Gold®.

LESS FILE MEANS Conserve More Dentin for Longer Lasting Restorations

The variable decreasing taper of the EXACTTaperH DC™ preserves more pericervical dentin when compared to other variable increasing taper files like the ProTaper Gold®. Smaller tapering in the mid and upper portion of the EXACTTaperH DC™ file results in unmatched file flexibility while providing better initial access and conservative restorative options

NAVIGATE Without Constraint

Flexibility is an important property of NiTi that allows preparation of curved canals while
minimizing transportation. Despite the increased flexibility, separation is still a concern.
NiTi files can still undergo fatigue failure which occurs unexpectedly without any sign of previous deformation and therefore visual inspection may not be the ideal way of evaluating nickel titanium instruments in order to prevent fracture.

Navigate Over Curved Canals Without the Stress

EXACTTaperH DC™ files utilize a proprietary heat-treating process which creates
superior controlled memory and flexibility for up to 900 curves that accommodate
even the most complex canal anatomies.

NO CHANGE To Your Current Technique

• The SS White® EXACTTaperH DC™ file system has been designed with multiple tapers that ensure flexibility and cut dentin in specific canal zones, while utilizing a .8 MFD for maximum pericervical dentin conservation, reducing the potential for over-preparation.
• EXACTTaperH DC™ files are available in comparable sizes, lengths and tapers to the Dentsply® ProTaper Gold® file system, and Edge Endo® Edge Taper™ file systems
• They require no change to current protocol or technique and offer the same predictable results.
