Product Description:
Discover the next generation of rotary file systems, engineered from advanced heat-treated NiTi alloy with a progressive taper design. Offering exceptional flexibility and superior cyclic fatigue resistance, it enables efficient dentin removal while maintaining the natural canal anatomy for more predictable shaping results. Enhanced with plasma electroplating technology, it delivers an ultra-smooth finish for safer, more precise, and effortless performance.
Characteristics-
Faster, Safer and more Predictable Canal Preparation
1) Progressive Taper: With the Progressive taper design along their length, these files offer improved flexibility and cutting efficiency by selectively removing dentin ensuring smoother shaping of the canal
2) Improved Cutting Action: The convex triangular cross-sectional design minimizes the contact surface between the instrument and canal walls, thereby reducing rotational friction at the file-dentin interface leading to improved cutting action.
3) Optimized Coronal Enlargement: The progressive Taper initiates early coronal shaping, providing straight line access and improved irrigation flow
4) Improved Access and Clear Visibility: The short handle design provides improved access and a clearer field of vision for precise canal preparation
5) Enhanced Flexibility and Superior Cyclic Fatigue: Gold heat treatment provides unmatched flexibility and durability, ensuring safer instrumentation and reduced chances of file separation.
6) Designed for Easy and Effective Debris Elimination: Progressive pitch makes more space for the debris which in turn push them upwards
7) Electropolishing for Enhanced Surface Integrity
Electropolishing of Aurum rotary file systems smoothens surface irregularities, reduces manufacturing defects, and forms a uniform oxide layer—further supporting the durability of the Aurum S cross-section file
8) Reduced Procedural Errors: The non-cutting tip reduces the procedural errors like file breakage, perforation and ledge formation
9) Canal Path Integrity: The flexibility along with progressive taper allows the file to follow the canal path, making it more efficient for curved canals.
Avue H-Files - Stainless Steel Hand Files
Endodontic hand files are instruments used during endodontic treatment to mechanically prepare root canals.
Avue Hand files are made of first rate quality stainless steel.
Avue H files are used to grasp canal obstructions and deliver them coronally through application of an upward force. The Angle between the cutting groove and the long axis of the Avue H file is generally in the range of 60-65 degrees.
These files are fracture resistant
This property helps in making them safe while working with canals having steep curvatures.
Flexible and durable files
H-files are specially designed for shaping canals after they are previously cleaned and enlarged with K-files in root canal treatment. The H file can effectively enlarge the canal during filling motion
The Angle between the cutting groove and the long axis of the K file is generally in the range of 25-40 degrees.

AVUE A+ PRE-MIXED
Premixed Calcium Hydroxide based Root Canal Sealer
Product description
For long-term endodontic success, a sealer must provide a tight seal, entomb microbes, adapt to canal anatomy, and support healing.
Avue A Plus calcium hydroxide sealer combines calcium hydroxide bioactivity ensuring a reliable seal, hard tissue promotion, and a biocompatible, easy-to-use solution.
Premixed for Easy Application
A Plus is a premixed paste with pre-bent tips, allowing precise, contamination-free placement in complex canals while eliminating hand mixing.
Biocompatible – Promotes Healing
It is composed of calcium hydroxide and salicylate resin, is biocompatible and promotes healing by reducing periapical inflammation and stimulating osteogenic activity, thereby supporting apical mineralization and tissue repair.
Low Film Thickness
It has a low film thickness, creating a thin, uniform layer around gutta-percha and dentin, which reduces voids and ensures a tight apical seal.
Optimal Flow
Flow of 21mm promotes efficient penetration into accessory canals and anatomical irregularities.
Reliable Performance for Long-Term Success
Sealer has very low solubility (<1%), preserving stability and preventing microleakage for long-term apical integrity, while salicylate resin enhances healing as well as flow and adaptability for a hermetic, bacteria-resistant seal.
High Antimicrobial Effect
A Plus sealer releases calcium and hydroxyl ions, producing a highly alkaline pH that disrupts bacterial cell walls, proteins, and DNA, providing sustained antibacterial action against key endodontic pathogens.
Product Description:
DiaFil™ Flow is a versatile flowable composite suitable for minimally invasive restorations, including Class III, V, and shallow Class IV cavities, air abrasion, and tunnel preparations. It can also be used as a base or liner under posterior restorations, for repairing small defects in composite or ceramic restorations, pit and fissure sealing, undercut block out, and temporary acrylic repairs. Its excellent flowability and adaptability ensure precise placement, durable results, and esthetic outcomes.
Flexural Strength: The flexural strength of a material is defined as its ability
to resist deformation and breakage under load. Flexural strength is the value obtained when the material breaks. This test combines the forces found in compression and tension. DiaFil Flow shows a high level of flexural strength
ranging between 100-110 Mpa.
Compressive Strength: Compressive strength is especially important because it
is related to masticating forces. Simultaneous forces are applied to the opposite ends of the sample length vertically until the sample fractures or is deformed. The material failure is a result of shear and tensile forces. DiaFil Flow has a very strong compressive strength ranging between 250-335 Mpa.
Flexural Modulus: Flexural modulus is a method to measure a material’s stiffness. A low modulus indicates the material is highly flexible.
Shrinkage: Polymerization shrinkage directly affects the long-term stability of a composite resin. When the composite’s density changes and the overall volume reduce the internal stress at the margins of restoration can lead to marginal leakage and secondary caries. DiaFil Flow has unique fillers to reduce shrinkage (Polymerization shrinkage 0.5% - 1%).
FEATURES & BENEFITS
- Perfect Adaptation and Handling: with excellent flow and optimal viscosity for convenient and precise placement.
- Versatile Applications due to better mechanical properties
- Excellent Color Adaptability: Available many shades that provide natural esthetics and allow for a high-gloss polish.
- High compressive Strength 250-335 Mpa to take masticatory load.

Product Description
Utilizing the latest nanoparticle technology, DiaFil combines the aesthetic advantages of micro-filled composites with the strength and durability of hybrid composites. It creates beautiful and long-lasting restorations with a glossy shine that maintains its brilliance over time.
Flexural Strength
The flexural strength of a material is defined as its ability to resist deformation and breakage under load. Flexural strength is the value obtained when the material breaks. This test combines the forces found in compression and tension. DiaFil shows a high level of flexural strength between 130 to 150 Mpa
Compressive Strength
Compressive strength is especially important because it is related to masticating forces. Simultaneous forces are applied to the opposite ends of the sample length vertically until the sample fractures or is deformed. The material failure is a result of shear and tensile forces. Dia Fil has Compressive Strength ranging from 250 and 300 Mpa
Flexural Modulus
Flexural modulus is a convenient measure of composite stiffness. DiaFil is formulated with a broad range of particle sizes which results in its higher flexural modulus (≈13-14 Gpa)
Shrinkage
Polymerization shrinkage directly affects the long-term stability of a composite resin. When the composite’s density changes and the overall volume reduce, the internal stress at the margins of restoration can lead to marginal leakage and
secondary caries. DiaFil has unique fillers to reduce shrinkage (Polymerization Shrinkage 0.3% - 1%)
Key Features
- Excellent Handling: Easy to place, does not slump, and provides good marginal adaptation.
- High Flexural Strength: Ranges from 130 to 150 MPa, offering superior resistance to bending stresses.
- Superior Compressive Strength: Between 250 and 300 MPa, ensuring excellent load-bearing capacity.
