AvueDam sheets is used for isolating one or more teeth from the oral environment
When excavating a deep carious lesion and risking pulpal exposure, the use of a rubber dam is strongly recommended to prevent pulpal contamination from oral fluids. The dam eliminates saliva from the operating site and retracts the soft tissue.
In dentistry, the use of a rubber dam is sometimes referred to as isolation or moisture control.

How many colours are available with colour size changes?
Rubber dam sheets are available in three colors green, blue and black. The size remains the same for all the colours, which is 6’’x6’’.
What material are these sheets made up of?
These sheets are usually made of powder-free natural rubber latex and are well-adapted by the patients.
How does using a rubber dam improve the quality of my dental work?
By preventing saliva, blood, and other debris from getting on the tooth or teeth, a rubber dam improves the quality of dental work by providing a clear and dry operative field.
Are rubber dams uncomfortable for patients?
Mostly rubber dams are well adapted by the patients and find them comfortable; Avue dams are made up of soft and flexible materials and cause no harm, however, some may encounter little sensation of pressure or difficulty.
Are these rubber dams technique sensitive?
No, these are extremely soft and elastic sheets and don’t require any techniques.
